Airy Hill Farm Bed and Breakfast is a pet- and smoke-free environment. Room prices are for 2 people. Additional people are $15/person or $10/child ages 8 and under.

Discount: $10 less per night for multiple night stay. Off-season rates apply December through February.

 

Harvest Room	$159/Night

Features a queen bed, twin daybed, sofa that converts to twin bed and private bath with oversized shower. This room celebrates the harvest with rich autumnal colors and paintings. Farm fields are only steps away via an outside door that accesses the front porch, gardens, and surrounding countryside. Off season rate is $145/night.

Garden Room	$169/Night

Features a queen bed, twin daybed, a walk-on closet converted to a treehouse and private bath with oversized shower. This bedroom is decorated in a crisp garden theme. A large window provides excellent views of the hillside garden. A vaulted ceiling and eyebrow window add more light and space to the room. Off season rate is $145/night.

Meadow View Suite	$209/Night

This pair of rooms is perfect for a family, two couples traveling together, or anyone willing to share a bath. Perched at the top of the house, rooms have a bird’s-eye view of the sheep meadow and wooded hillside beyond. Soft earthy colors and artwork reflect the innkeepers’ farming roots. Bathroom includes a tub. Off season rate is $189/night.
